SCOPE:
The Dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating towing services, and field support related to automobile insurance claims. Using systems such as Guidewire ClaimCenter and Audatex Estimating, this role ensures timely dispatching and effective communication with policyholders, vendors, and internal claims teams to deliver efficient, empathetic service during high-stress situations.
This position is also offered in a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location within Florida area.

SCOPE:
The Dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating towing services, and field support related to automobile insurance claims. Using systems such as Guidewire ClaimCenter and Audatex Estimating, this role ensures timely dispatching and effective communication with policyholders, vendors, and internal claims teams to deliver efficient, empathetic service during high-stress situations.

DUTIES:
- Receive, triage, and manage incoming service requests related to, accidents, and field inspections.
- Use Guidewire Claim Center to review claim files, update claim activities, and initiate dispatches.
- Utilize Guidewire and Audatex to coordinate vehicle tows, body shop assignments, and appraisal requests.
- Dispatch service providers (e.g., tow trucks, mobile adjusters, appraisers) based on proximity, service capabilities, and availability.
- Monitor the progress of dispatched services and ensure timely resolution by maintaining real-time communication with vendors and claimants.
- Document all dispatch activity and customer interactions accurately in Guidewire.
- Provide proactive communication to policyholders regarding service timelines and expectations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, escalate service delays or issues, and contribute to vendor performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with internal service-level agreements and regulatory timelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism, especially during stressful claim-related events.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, roadside assistance, or insurance operations.
- Working knowledge of Guidewire is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a property and casualty (automobile) insurance environment is a plus.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software tools.
